Welcome to Cattle Kings! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or the servers or networks connected to our Services.

5. In-Game Purchases and Free Account Limitations

Cattle Kings offers in-game purchases, including Cattle Packs and virtual tokens. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account.

Free Account Limitations: Free accounts include a starter kit with limited assets and are subject to a complete reset every 30 days. This means all cattle, corrals, tokens, and game progress will be removed and reset to the initial free starter kit state.

Purchasing a Cattle Pack: When transitioning from a free account to a paid account by purchasing a Cattle Pack, you acknowledge that all assets, progress, and virtual items acquired during free play will be permanently removed and replaced with the contents of your purchased Cattle Pack. This transition is irreversible, and no free play assets will be retained.

6. Beta Status

Cattle Kings is currently in BETA development phase. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The application, its features, functionality, and user interface may change substantially at any time without prior notice.
• Game mechanics, rules, and economic balance may be adjusted during the BETA phase.
• There may be bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect gameplay or result in the loss of game progress.
• We may reset all accounts, including paid accounts, if necessary for major version updates or technical reasons, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for paid accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Cattle Kings or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on our Services without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. This disclaimer is especially applicable during the BETA phase of our application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cattle Kings and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, including any loss of game progress, virtual assets, or other content due to account resets, BETA updates, or transitions between free and paid accounts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cattle Kings operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
