Cattle Kings

Cattle Kings is a virtual metaverse where players can earn real tokens by playing the game. Inspired by the world of western ranching and the struggle of making a living in the American West, virtual cattle ranching is now a thing.

When the homesteaders first headed “out west” to stake their claim on a piece of land they could call their own, they were filled with the allure of vast expanses where they could make a living with their own two hands.

Those opportunities were all gone, until now! The great land rush is just getting started in the Cattle Kings Metaverse. There is land there for the taking. All you have to do is play!

To Start the Game you will purchase a Cattle Pack, or purchase Cows, Bulls, and HAY from the SaleYard individually. Once you have purchased your cattle, you will receive 1 CORRAL for free with your account.

Your cattle will need to be fed HAY to remain alive. Make sure you watch your cattle closely, just like a real rancher has to, so that your cattle don't die.

Now you are ready to begin gaining Toughness!! The better you take care of your livestock, keeping them fed and producing to their maximum, the more Toughness you will gain. The tougher you are the more influence you have on your little herd and even on the herds of others.

Go to the BREED STALL with a Bull and a Cow, and breed them to start producing calves. These calves will then grow up to become Cows and Bulls themselves, giving you the opportunity to grow your herd faster and better.

WARNING: Watch out for Bears, Coyotes, and Wolves, as they love to kill and eat your calves! It's up to you to protect them from harm!

NOTE: Each CORRAL can hold a total of 40 livestock. Once you reach that number, you must sell some of your livestock or purchase another CORRAL to continue building up your herd.

Play to Earn Tokens

Let’s face it. Ranching in the real world doesn’t work without making money and neither should ranching in the metaverse. That’s why Cattle Kings will have its own economy. That economy is based on Tokens.

Players can earn tokens in the following ways:

• - Breed, Raise and sell livestock (NFT Cattle)
• - Collect breeder fees for Bulls or $BIK (Bull Indentification Key) Tokens
• - Collect Rare Cattle ( NFT’s ) and sell them in the SaleYard
• - Completing Challenges in Full Game Mode

The sky is the limit when you begin to build your Herd. You start as a Dude. Let’s see if you end up a CATTLE KING!

Tokens and Their Purposes

Tokens are the currency in the Cattle Kings economy, but there are many different types of tokens that make up this ranching game.

Cattle Tokens (NFTs) - The cattle in the Cattle Kings game are actually tokens minted on the blockchain. Every Cow, Bull, Steer, or BIK is unique and has it's very own set of Genetics.

Unique tokens like this are called NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). This makes it possible to "Breed" two of these NFTs together. The Cattle Kings Breeding engine combines the genetics of the mother and the father using probabilities and logic to create a new Cow or Bull with a completely new set of charactaristics.

GI Means Alot

The Grazing Index is a part of every animals genetics, whether a Cow, Bull, or Steer. The climate is always changing in the Cattle Kings metaverse, and the GI of your animals will determine how well they produce in specific climate situations.

GI is reprisented in the genetics of an animal by a number between 1-800. The lower the number, the better the animal will produce in colder and higher climates. The higher the number, ( the closer to 800 ), the better the animal will produce in lower, warmer climates.

Also, the higher the GI, the better the animal will produce in dry desert conditions. GI makes a difference in the production of your livestock, but it will play a much larger role once LANDS are released.

Counting Calves

Every Cow is born with a limited number of calves that it can produce during it's lifetime. All Cows start with 10 as their Calf Count. Each time a Cow is bred, even if the Calf dies or is killed by predators, it subtracts 1 from the Calf Count!

NOTE: Calf Count can change!!! if you don't feed your livestock in a timely manner, your animals will lose 1 from their Calf Count! However! If you care for your livestock perfectly over the course of GTM Years, you can actuall ADD to the Calf Count of your livestock!
