The herd
Corrals

A corral is where the working herd stands. You feed them there, breed them there, and decide which bull calves stay bulls.
Room
A corral holds 17 adult head. That limit is a head count, not an AUM. AUM is the grazing measure on a tract. Calves and unborn young do not count toward the 17. When 17 adults are already in the pen, move cattle to another corral, a feedlot, or a tract before you add another adult. Breeding can carry the pen past 17, up to 34, and heat is suppressed while the pen is over 17.
Bulls and cows together
A grown bull that has not been castrated can breed the cows in his corral. He can also start a fight. If three or more of those bulls share a corral with a cow, the fight risk runs for one real day. When it finishes, the bulls are injured and lose health. A bull that has only just become an adult has one day before he counts toward that risk.
Keep two bulls with the cows, or keep extra bulls in their own corral. A steer does not count as a fighting bull.
Feeding
Use the feed action on the corral or on the animal. Hay Tokens come off your balance and the health clock resets, with one hour of grace before decay starts again.
